This is a required course for the Long Hollow School of Ministry Ministry Leadership Certificate program, but may also be taken as an individual class. There is no prerequisite for this course.
Course Description: The most effective leaders don’t live on an island but know their maximum impact comes by leaning into the collective genius of others. They don’t use people; they link arms with others to achieve greater things as a whole. This class will equip you to articulate your unique contribution as a leader and how to shape a culture of unified purpose.
