Long Hollow School of Ministry provides a biblical learning opportunity for adults who want to develop further in theological understanding and personal ministry and leadership effectiveness, whether attending individual classes or seeking to earn a certificate in areas of Christian Leadership or Ministry Leadership.

Session 1: August 12 - October 1
Leading in Your God-Given Calling *CL, Tuesdays at 6PM
Apologetics *E, Tuesdays at 7PM
Theology: God, Scripture, and Humanity *ML, Wednesdays at 6:30PM
New Testament: The Gospels & Acts *E, Wednesdays at 6:30PM

Registration begins: July 14
Last day to register for Tuesday classes: August 11

Session 2: October 14 - December 10
Finishing Strong in Ministry *CL, Tuesdays at 6PM
Building Leaders, Building Teams *ML, Tuesdays at 7PM
Church History *E, Wednesdays at 6:30PM
New Testament: Romans through Revelation *E, Wednesdays at 6:30PM

Registration begins: September 15
Last day to register for Tuesday classes: October 13
Last day to register for Wednesday classes: October 14 

Cost: Classes are $99 each plus required textbooks.

Location: All classes take place at Long Hollow Hendersonville.

Childcare:
Wednesday childcare is available for preschool. Registration is required. Deadline to register for Session 1 is August 3. Deadline to register for Session 2 is October 5.

LH Kids programming is available for kids in grades 1 - 5, and no registration is required. Wednesday childcare is available for preschool. Registration is required.

Leading in Your God-Given Calling *CL
This class offers a proven path to discovering your God-given calling—complete with insightful assessments and practical guidance. Step confidently into your next level of leadership, equipped with clarity and direction.
Apologetics *E
In today’s culture, which values and affirms multiple truths and belief systems, how can believers effectively share reasonable answers to difficult questions? This class will equip you with a strong biblical defense in any situation.
Theology: God, Scripture, and Humanity *ML
This class will help you better understand and live in light of the nature of God, the foundation of the Bible, and what it means to be part of God’s creation.
New Testament: The Gospels & Acts *E
This New Testament course introduces students to the background and theological themes in the Gospels of Matthew, Mark, Luke, John, and the book of Acts.
Finishing Strong in Ministry *CL
The Church needs leaders who lead with integrity, honesty, and unwavering faithfulness. This class will help you reclaim and strengthen what matters most—through spiritual renewal, emotional health, and a deep commitment to integrity that lasts.
Building Leaders, Building Teams *ML
The most effective leaders don’t live on an island but know their maximum impact comes by leaning into the collective genius of others. They don’t use people; they link arms with others to achieve greater things as a whole. This class will equip you to articulate your unique contribution as a leader and how to shape a culture of unified purpose.
Church History *E
Explore the rich story of the Church from its earliest days to the present in this engaging Church History course. Gain valuable insights into how the faith has shaped the world while deepening your understanding of its impact on today’s church.

This New Testament course offers a comprehensive survey from Romans to Revelation.
