This class will equip you with a strong biblical defense in any situation.

Explore the rich story of the Church from its earliest days to the present in this engaging Church History course. Gain valuable insights into how the faith has shaped the world while deepening your understanding of its impact on today’s church.

Engaging and Explaining the Bible *ML

A crucial skill in ministry is knowing how to study the Bible, allow it to transform your heart, and then share its truth with others—whether in conversation, teaching, or preaching. This class will equip you with the practical tools and skills you need to study Scripture deeply and communicate it effectively to others.

Leading a Healthy Church *ML

The church is God’s primary means of making disciples across the world. But what exactly is the church, and what key elements should you understand to minister effectively within it? This class will answer these questions and equip you to serve with greater purpose and impact as a vital part of the body of Christ.

Leading in your God-Given Calling *CL

You were created on purpose, for a purpose. Yet many of us move through life without a clear sense of what that purpose is. This class offers a proven path to discovering your God-given calling—complete with insightful assessments and practical guidance. Step confidently into your next level of leadership, equipped with clarity and direction.

Leading on Mission *CL

Your entire life is a mission field, and God calls you to carry His heart for the lost—both near and far. This class will help you cultivate the compassion of Jesus for sinners and sufferers, wherever they are. You’ll gain practical tools and take intentional steps toward living with a missional mindset in your everyday life.

Leading with a Christian Worldview *CL

The world is desperate for authentic Christian leaders who live and lead with a biblical worldview. This kind of leadership demands both deep conviction in the truth and the wisdom to engage thoughtfully with competing worldviews. This class will equip you with the clarity, confidence, and compassion needed to navigate and influence a broken and complex world.

Leading with Character *CL

The Church needs leaders who lead with integrity, honesty, and unwavering faithfulness. But in the busyness of ministry, it’s easy for these foundations to fade. This class will help you reclaim and strengthen what matters most—through spiritual renewal, emotional health, and a deep commitment to integrity that lasts.

Leading with Encouragement *CL

Jesus redefined leadership—not as rising above others, but as lifting others up. True servant leadership doesn’t come naturally, but it can be cultivated. This class will help you grow in love and humility through the lens of healthy relationships. A key part of our time together will focus on the vital skills of conflict management and reconciliation—essentials for every leader.

Leading with Focus *ML

Direction is crucial for a ministry leader—without it, you risk leading others to places you never intended (and they never wanted to go!). This class will equip you with practical tools for effective ministry, including goal-setting, personal productivity, and essential organizational strategies that ensure you lead with purpose and clarity.

Leading with Love *CL

Jesus taught clearly that leaders don’t crush people to get to the top; they lower themselves to lift others up. This doesn’t come naturally to us but it can be developed. This class will help you love others inside of healthy relationships. Note: A portion of the class is devoted to the essential topic of conflict management and reconciliation.

Leading with Multiplication *CL

At Long Hollow, discipleship isn’t just part of our culture—it’s at the core of who we are. More than that, it’s the calling of every follower of Jesus. This class will equip you with a clear vision and practical tools to make disciples wherever God has placed you—where you live, work, and play.

Leading with the Gospel *CL

At the heart of every healthy culture is the cross and resurrection of Jesus. True leadership is rooted in Christ-centeredness—it’s the only foundation that lasts.
