What is the Praise Team?
LH Kids Praise Team is open to kids who want to help lead worship in Large Group on Sunday mornings and during special events at Long Hollow. Praise Team members should love God with all their heart, honor God above all else, and serve God with joy. Email us for any questions, below!
How Can My Child Join?
Praise Team members in 2nd – 5th grade make a one-year commitment to serve on the team, starting at the beginning of the school year. Every child on the team is assigned a Sunday of the month to serve so they serve at least once a month, with opportunities throughout the year to serve more than once.
Praise Team practice is on the last Sunday of every month during the 8AM service, and on Wednesday evenings during Wednesday night programming. Sometimes we have additional practices before participating in special events.

August 9: Parent Info Meeting, 8AM in Tree House 1
We’ll discuss the commitment to the team and answer any questions you may have about the team before the year-long commitment begins.
August 10: Application Deadline
Please return your completed application to lhkids@longhollow.com by this date.
August 12: First Wednesday Night practice at 6:30 – 7:30 PM
Our first practice as a new team! Practice is part of regular Wednesday night Kids programming. When Wednesday programming has a break, we will too.
August 30: First Sunday Practice at 8AM in Tree House 1
We’ll learn our first song(s) for the school year!

Praise Team practices are held on the fourth Sunday of every month to learn new worship songs, recite memory verses, and discuss upcoming events.
