Student Leader Resources

Wednesday Night Leaders

Each month, we’ll focus on one of the MARCS of a disciple to help you grow not just in what you teach, but in how you lead and live. These markers give us a clear picture of what healthy discipleship looks like, shaping us into leaders who reflect the way Jesus discipled. Come ready to lean in, be equipped, and take one intentional step toward leading students with greater purpose and clarity.

  • Equipping Focus – ACCOUNTABLE (A) – Read this month’s resource on accountability and watch this short video from Abraham Cremeens before you lead this week. Ask yourself who is speaking into your life, then look for simple ways to create space for honest, grace-filled accountability at your table.

Sunday Life Group Leaders

Take time this week to study the passage and leader content so you can lead with clarity and confidence. When you come prepared, you create space for deeper conversations and help students engage with what God is teaching them. Consider texting your group mid-week to check in on them and encourage them in their reading. Having trouble getting your group to engage in discussion? Consider these tips on what to do When No One Talks.
