At Long Hollow, we believe prayer changes things. It changes us. It draws us closer to God. It deepens our faith and strengthens our trust in Him.
That's why we now have the Prayer Room at Long Hollow—a dedicated space where you can step away from the noise and meet with God, anytime, day or night.
Whether you're just learning to pray or you've been praying for years, there's always room to grow. Prayer isn't a destination—it's a spiritual discipline we practice until we see Jesus face to face.
The Apostle Paul reminds us to "pray without ceasing" (1 Thessalonians 5:17). The Prayer Room at Long Hollow is here to help you do just that—to provide a quiet, sacred space where you can talk to God and listen for His voice.
Where Is the Prayer Room?
The Long Hollow Prayer Room is located at the northwest corner of the Hendersonville Student Building. You’ll find it on the corner of the building near the Legacy Park basketball courts and pond.
When Can I Go?
The Prayer Room at Long Hollow will be open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Whether it's early morning before work, late at night when you can't sleep, or anytime in between—the door is always open.
During regular worship times on Sundays, we’ll have a prayer host to help steward the room well.
There may be times when the room is reserved for a private prayer event. Don’t worry—we’ll post clear signage when the room is reserved. Contact Leslee Kiser at leslee.kiser@longhollow.com for more information.
A Few Things to Know
To keep this space safe, welcoming, and sacred for everyone, there are a few things to know:
- No loitering. This room is for prayer only.
- Be mindful of others who may be praying at the same time.
- Students under 16 must be accompanied by an adult (21+).
- Do not be in the room alone with a member of the opposite sex unless it is your spouse.
- No food or drinks allowed.
- Do not remove items or furniture from the room.
- Security cameras are in use at all times.
- Restrooms are available in Legacy Coffee during business hours.
