Get ready for one of the best weeks of summer! 4-year-olds - rising 5th graders will get to participate in fun games, engaging worship, and have an unforgettable experience that marks their faith journey. And the best part is, it's FREE!
This year, we're headed on an epic adventure to discover what it means to magnify God. We'll find out that even the smallest things God created show off His greatness! Kids will make new friends and amazing memories while encountering the biblical truth of who God is.
Activities will include worship, Bible stories, small group time, and recreation.
Kids Con will take place at Long Hollow's Hendersonville campus on June 3 - 6 from 6 - 8:30PM each night. This is a drop-off event for the first three evenings, with June 6 being Family Night, where kids must attend with a parent/guardian for an exciting wrap-up to the week.
We are so excited for kids and families to participate in End Hunger in Sumner during Kids Con!
Girls and boys will compete to see who can bring the most completed bags to help serve hungry kids in our Sumner County schools. Our goal is 1,000 bags, and the total (and winners!) will be revealed on Family Night, June 6. Here’s how you can participate:
If you have any questions, ask your Kids Con leader!
When can I sign up? Sign up begins April 4.
How old does my child need to be to participate? Children must be at least 4 years old by the first day of Kids Con in order to participate. Accommodations can be made for children with special needs age 4 - rising 5th grade. Children under the age of 4 are invited to attend if their parent is serving at Kids Con.
Can my kids invite friends who don’t attend Long Hollow? Yes! We love it when LH Kids invite friends to come with them!
Should we eat dinner beforehand? We’ll provide a snack during the evening, but everyone should eat dinner before coming to Kids Con.
What should my child wear/bring? Children should wear comfortable play clothes and closed toe shoes with a back. Most children will be going outside to play and/or rotate to stations throughout the campus.
What time should we arrive? To make things convenient for your family, check-in begins at 5:30PM.
Where will I pick up my child? Your child will be picked up by an adult with the appropriate security tag in the same place they were dropped off.
Drop-Off/Pick-Up Locations are as follows:
What’s Family Night? Family night is fun for all ages. It begins in the Worship Center with a quick recap of our week and a high energy time of family worship, followed by outdoor games and more. This is not a drop-off night. Parents or guardians must remain with their child throughout the evening.
