Before your 5th grader steps into middle school, give them something they'll carry with them: a weekend where faith becomes action, service becomes second nature, and following Jesus looks like rolling up your sleeves together.

This isn't a trip about mission—it's life on mission.

Who Can Come

5th graders + one parent or guardian
For safety and care, girls attend with their mom (or female guardian) and boys attend with their dad (or male guardian). If your family's situation means you are unable to attend together, we have trained and approved church leaders ready to serve as your student's on-site guardian—because we want every kid to have this opportunity.

What to Expect

You and your student will serve side by side in the Nashville area, meeting real needs through hands-on ministry. Partnering with Teamwork Missions, you'll work with local organizations making a lasting impact in our community. Each day is grounded in prayer, devotions, and worship—because this trip is designed to disciple both kids and parents, together. Your student gets to see what it means to be the hands and feet of Jesus. And you get to model it right beside them.

This weekend is about more than checking a box. It's about stepping into a life where faith doesn't stop at the church doors. It's about your student seeing you live out what you've been teaching them. And it's about creating a rhythm of mission that carries your family—and our church—forward. Let's do this together.

Trip Details

When: Friday, March 6–Sunday, March 8, 2026
Times:
Full Trip: Arrive at the Hendersonville Student Building at 4:30PM Friday for a 5PM departure. Return by the end of church services on Sunday.
Day Option: Arrive at 122 Jeb Stuart Dr. Smyrna, TN 37167 at 8AM Saturday to coordinate service locations. Return home by 9PM.
Where: Nashville area; Lodging at a local church, service locations throughout Nashville.
Day Option: Join us for the day on Saturday, March 7, to serve throughout the city before returning home.
Cost:

• Full Trip: $175 per person; Non-refundable deposit $25 per person. Final payment due March 5, 2026. Space is limited.
• Day Option: $90 per person. Final payment due March 5, 2026. Space is limited.
