Help create an environment for young adults to encounter Jesus as an intentional friend and humble guide.
Current Volunteer Opportunities:
Hospitality - Help create a fun, welcoming environment by greeting, connecting with first time guests, or helping with our post-gathering food and fellowship.
Production - Creating a LHYA gathering requires people ready to serve through leading worship and operating lighting, sound, and graphics. Experience is preferred.
Life Group Leader - Host a group that meets in your home or on campus weekly or bi-weekly. Leaders are responsible for developing Christ-centered community through facilitating Bible-based discussion either with sermon-based curriculum or Bible study of your choice.
Young Adult Life Groups are all a mix of ages, genders and life stages.
Life Group Leader Requirements
Become a member.
Fill out a Global Leader Application.
Complete a background check every two years.
Complete leader training by watching videos and meeting with a member of the Groups team.
