Jeff and Rachel Gayhart serve in Southeast Asia in mountainous, volcanic provinces and remote islands, home to various indigenous tribes, many only accessible by multi-hour boat rides.

Jeff and Rachel work with a Baptist organization as Pembina Rohani (Spiritual Advisors). In that role, Jeff teaches classes at a Bible College/Seminary, preaches, and teaches at local congregations to strengthen, encourage, mobilize, and challenge the small churches to to embrace disciplemaking and church planting. He and Rachel lead a small team of nationals seeking to reach four unreached, unengaged people groups. They’ve had some wonderful breakthroughs in small villages, traveling and staying to share the Gospel, baptize, and teach new believers.

Please pray:

• For Jeff & Rachel’s national partners as they seek to start 2-3 new house churches among unreached, unengaged people groups by the end of the year.
• For Jeff & Rachel’s national partner, Mrs. R. She was recently poisoned because of sharing the Gospel, and is still recovering.
• For the school where Jeff teaches, as they are experiencing financial difficulties. Pray for the Lord to provide and for contentment with what He provides.
