Do you or someone you love struggle with mental health? Long Hollow offers regular support groups for those struggling with mental health, and for friends and family who are helping a loved one through their struggle.

Individuals Mental Health Support Group

If you’re an adult struggling with anxiety, depression, or similar mental health struggles, you don’t have to go through it alone. Join us for the mental health support group Monday nights at 6:30 p.m. where you’ll join others in walking with God as you navigate life’s ups and downs.

The Fall Session of the Individuals Mental Health Group will meet on Mondays at 6:30 p.m., starting September 13, 2021 in the LH Student Building 1st floor middle hallway. Please contact scarlet.mcglasson@longhollow.com for information about attending the group.

Family and Friends Mental Health Support Group

If your child or a close family member or friend is struggling with anxiety, depression, or similar mental health struggles, we want to equip you with the tools you need to support them in their struggle. Join other adults for a family and friends support group where you’ll join others who are on a similar journey with their own loved ones.

The Summer Session of the Friends and Family group will meet the first and third Mondays of each month, starting September 20, 2021 at 6:30 pm in the LH Student Building 2nd floor middle hallway. Please contact scarlet.mcglasson@longhollow.com for information about attending the group. .
