As men, God calls us to lead. How can you become a better leader? Sometimes the best way to learn is to return to the fundamentals. Find our upcoming topics below.

How to Lead When You’re Not In Charge by Clay Scroggins

Are you letting your lack of authority paralyze you? One of the greatest myths of leadership is that you must be in charge in order to lead. Great leaders don't buy it. Great leaders lead with or without the authority and learn to unleash their influence wherever they are. With practical wisdom and humor, we’ll help you nurture your vision and cultivate influence, even when you lack authority in your organization. And we’ll free you to become the great leader you want to be so you can make a difference right where you are. Even when you're not in charge.

Chasing Daylight: Seize the Power of Every Moment by Erwin McManus

We are given one opportunity to pursue our dreams and fulfill our divine purpose. Every moment counts. Are you willing to risk failure? Are you ready to get in the game? You may stumble, but you will find yourself falling forward, propelled toward the God-inspired adventure He intends you to live. Using the biblical characters of Saul and Jonathan during Israel’s war with the Philistines (1 Samuel 13 and 14), Chasing Daylight demonstrates the difference between living a life of purpose and adventure and living one of apathy and missed opportunity. While Saul rested beneath a pomegranate tree, Jonathan seized the divine moment and redirected the future of Israel.

Leadership Lessons from the Life of Nehemiah

We will delve into the story of Nehemiah and what his example can mean for us today. The story of Nehemiah and his success can help us become better parents, better executives, better employees, better friends, better team members...better people. Why? Because the book of Nehemiah in the Old Testament is all about leadership. Leadership is the key to all success. When we become better leaders, we become better--at everything. Nehemiah saw a need, rose up, captured a vision, laid out a plan, and mobilized others to join him in his cause. What are you waiting for? Start becoming the leader you were meant to be.
