Mama Bear Apologetics: Guide to Sexuality by Hillary Morgan Ferrer
This is an excellent resource for parents who are seeking to navigate sexuality through a biblical lens in a culture with a different agenda. (Dads should read this too!) There are also opportunities to study this book with other women in this fall's semester of Intentional Moms.
A Change of Affection by Becket Cook
Becket is a figurehead in Hollywood who had a radical encounter with Jesus. This book is a highly personal story about his struggle to find his identity in Christ instead of his sexual attractions.
Is God Anti-Gay? by Sam Allberry
This tiny book is an excellent and easy read about homosexuality, the Bible, and same-sex attraction. Similar to Becket Cook, Sam Allbery is himself a believer who experiences same-sex attraction.
Holy Sexuality and the Gospel by Christopher Yuan
In this book, author Christopher Yuan paints a picture of holy sexuality in light of the Gospel, and discusses its implications in both singleness and marriage.
What Does the Bible Really Teach About Homosexuality? by Keven DeYoung
This short book contains a detailed discussion about the passages in scripture that address homosexual behavior. It also addresses common criticisms about what these passages actually teach.
Homosexuality and the Christian by Mark Yarhouse
A thorough (sometimes clinical) read that addresses sexual identity and how believers should respond to common scenarios with their kids, loved ones, and friends.
Emerging Gender Identities by Mark Yarhouse and Julia Sadusky
Also from Yarhouse, this provides a detailed understanding of gender dysphoria, its history, and how we can best love those who are struggling with their own identity.

This is another great dialogue between Sean McDowell and popular “progressive” author Colby Martin. They discuss both the historical Christian teaching on sexuality, the modern “progressive” teaching, and debate the biblical integrity of both.

Rosaria is a former LGBTQ advocate, and this is a personal and compelling interview about finding our identity in Christ instead of our sexual desires.
A Gay Man’s Story of Redemption with Becket Cook and Alisa Childers
This is an extensive interview with Becket Cook (whose book we recommend above). In this podcast he shares the story of God radically transforming his life and calling him to deny himself and follow Jesus.
