Help us provide a great first impression and experience to the many guests who attend Long Hollow each week.
Greeters – Create a fun and welcoming environment by connecting with guests and assisting in any needs or answering questions they have.
Java Central – Provide a great customer service experience by serving coffee, drinks and snacks. (Background check, volunteer application and membership required for this role)
Golf Cart & Tram Drivers – Provide a family-fun mode of transportation for guests from the parking lot. (Age 25 and up with a valid driver’s license required for this role)
Tram Hosts – Engage with guests as they ride the trams from the lot to the door, creating a fun and interactive experience.
Service Coordinators – Ensure the guest experience is top-notch by making sure volunteers, the physical space, and the ministry as a whole are ready for the day. (Background check, volunteer application and membership required for this role)
Set-Up Team – Set the stage for the entire day by strategically placing signage, traffic and parking cones, and flags. (This is a Saturday serving role)
New Here – Welcome guests who are visiting for the first time, escort them throughout the campus, and go past the hello to make their experience personal.
Resource Central – Serve guests in their purchase of resources to help them grow in their discipleship journey and Long Hollow merchandise. (Background check, volunteer application and membership required for this role.)
Parking – Ensure the safety of guests by assisting officers with traffic flow and pedestrian crossings.
New Here Parking – Welcome guests who are visiting for the first time by directing them to a reserved front parking spot, greeting them at their vehicle, and escorting them from the parking lot to the New Here check-in table.
Seaters – Welcome guests into the worship center and assist them in finding a seat.
Section Hosts - Engage with guests sitting in their section of the worship center, either before or after the service, by welcoming them, thanking them for coming, or answering any questions guests may have.
