Easter is a season of hope; a season where we reflect on death’s defeat and celebrate the freedom that comes from following Jesus. It’s also a time when we lock arms as a church family to give toward the work we can only accomplish together.
Last fall, we unveiled our 55x35 Legacy vision: We want to reach 55,000 people by 2035 through a legacy of family discipleship, personal impact, and restoration that will change the course of the next generation.
When you give to this year’s Easter Offering, you’re helping us take a tangible step to make this vision a reality in three critical areas:
We believe the light of the Gospel shines the brightest in some of the darkest places. Whether it’s through prison outreach or helping to launch a local recovery home, God has opened incredible doors for us to come alongside men and women at a point in their lives when they need it the most.
When you give this Easter, a portion of every dollar will help us launch Long Hollow prison campuses, buy furniture and supplies for our Recovery Refuge partner, and even jump start a new effort to provide digital access to Long Hollow sermons for inmates across the nation.
Throughout the spring, thousands of Long Hollow members have taken up the challenge to reach their neighbors with intentional Acts of Kindness. Just as each of us have a circle of impact to reach, we believe God also calls us to give together to be a force for good in our community.
Every gift received this Easter will support more than 10 local ministry partners who work tirelessly to help the hurting in our community. You’re also providing additional support to Gallatin Shalom Zone, a local partner providing food, goods, and clothing to families in Sumner County.
Every gift to Long Hollow is crucial in supporting our ongoing ministries, programs, and events. Your generosity is what allows us to operate weekly as the hands and feet of Jesus.
When you give this Easter, a portion of every gift received will help us expand our growing family ministry as we launch new initiatives in 2024 to holistically minister to kids, students, and their parents. Your gifts will also fund a new and expanded scholarship program to help families who otherwise could not participate in camp.
Our church goal this March is $750,000, and our family goal is $650. Whether you’re able to give less or potentially much more, we ask that you prayerfully consider how God is calling you to participate.
