Lighting Specialist

We are currently looking for a Lighting Specialist to work within the production team to create a distraction free atmosphere in all worship services and events. This person will manage all worship related lighting and LED elements and assist in set design for all venues. Daily tasks range from lighting maintenance, set design and construction, general production assistance, and more. This position serves the church by modeling a Christ-like lifestyle and attitude in, and outside of, the office, and being actively involved in the life of LHC. This is a full-time exempt (40+ hours) position with benefits.

• Knowledge and experience with Grand MA3 and Obsidian NX4 lighting consoles.

• Ability to program lighting looks, focus lights, replace lamps, maintain and repair fixtures.

Social Media Content Specialist

We are seeking applicants to help execute Long Hollow’s social media content strategy across all platforms. This role is focused on curating meaningful digital content that reflects the heart of Jesus and invites people into a deeper connection with Him and His church. Regular work hours are Sunday through Thursday, with occasional evenings or weekends required for special events and projects. This is a full-time, exempt position with benefits.

Preschool Minister

We are looking for a Preschool Minister with at least 3 - 5 years of leadership experience in church ministry, early childhood education, and volunteer recruitment and development. This highly relational leader should be passionate about partnering with parents, developing volunteer teams, and creating safe and engaging environments for preschoolers to learn about God and grow in their faith. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a children's ministry-related field, professional ministry experience, and high emotional intelligence with a coachable, team-oriented spirit.

Part-Time Housekeeping Team Member

We are seeking a person to join our Housekeeping Team. Duties will include: General and detail cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, bathrooms, windows and other tasks assigned. This is a part-time position that includes some occasional weekends; approximately 12 - 15 hours per week, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday with flexibility.

• Is able to bend down, squat, push and pull repeatedly throughout the shift.

LH Kids Childcare Worker

We are seeking applicants who are professionally prepared to be a caregiver and teacher of young children. This is a part-time non-exempt position helping with the various ministry teams and departments of Long Hollow to provide childcare needs for Church events. This person should be available to work Wednesday mornings, Wednesday evenings and/or Monday nights as needed. More opportunities are available for special events throughout the year during the week as well as on weekends.

The successful applicant must have the following skills and requirements:

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Must be a responsible, sensitive, and mature individual who is able to relate well to both children and adults.

Long Hollow Weekday Preschool Assistant / Substitute Teacher

Long Hollow Weekday Preschool, our part-time Mother’s Day Out Program, is hiring experienced assistant teachers and substitute teachers. This is a part-time position from August - May.

Teachers must agree to abstain from drugs and alcohol during their time of employment. Each class teacher is responsible for their classroom’s arrangement and appearance, building relationships with the children and their parents, and following all our classroom guidelines.

This position does not provide any benefits, including insurance or holidays.

Qualifications:

• Must be professionally prepared as a caregiver and teacher of young children.
• Be a Christ follower and have a personal commitment to Jesus Christ as his/her Lord and Savior.
• Be available to work Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
• Be a responsible, sensitive, and mature individual who is able to relate well to both children and adults.
• The person selected for this position will be responsible for the general supervision and care of young children.
• You will be required to pass a background screening process.
