Real life doesn’t always feel the way it looks.

As the pace of modern life speeds up, so does the stress that goes along with it. We’re pushed from every angle to “hustle hard” and work whenever we can. Social media and smartphones make us more “connected” than ever before, but anxiety and loneliness remain when our screens go dark. We might put on a happy face at school, work, and even church, but the reality is that many of us are burned out, stressed out, and depressed. Real life for many of us is a daily struggle.

It’s time to talk about it. Beginning October 13, we’re going to embark on a five-week journey to discuss the common issues we all wrestle with and uncover practical solutions to make it through every day. Real life is hard, but there’s real hope for every struggle.

  • October 13 – Recovering from Burnout
  • October 20 – Wrestling with Worry
  • October 27 – The Reality of Depression
  • November 3 – Setting Boundaries in Modern Life
  • November 10 – We’re All Designed for Rest
