Trip Full

According to The UN Refugee Agency, an Internally Displaced Person, or IDP, is someone who has fled from their home, but unlike refugees, they have not crossed the countries border.  IDPs flee their home for similar reasons – they stay within their own country and remain under the protection of its government, even if that government is the reason for their displacement. As a result, these people are among the most vulnerable in the world.

Kurdistan is now home to over 3 million IDPs and refugees living in both camps and villages. We have the opportunity to share the truth of the gospel with two unreached people groups, as well as teaching believers about discipleship.  This trip will encompass three specific tasks: introducing discipleship groups to leaders, addressing the humanitarian issues, and seeing how God is moving within church planting in the area. Join us as we follow the Lord’s command to go and make disciples of all nations!
