Design Specialist

Are you passionate about effective branding? Do you have a drive for creative excellence and an obsessive attention to detail? You might be our next Design Specialist! This is a full-time, exempt position (40 hours/week), with benefits, including paid vacation and health insurance.

As the Design Specialist, you will be a member of our Creative Team where you will put your design skills in action within our design division. As part of our team, you’ll help various ministry teams design communication pieces, develop art and assets for upcoming projects, and contribute to creative projects using various mediums throughout the year. This position is responsible for designing promotional booklets, social media images, artwork for events and programs, and also helping to protect and monitor brand standards across various mediums.

The successful applicant must have the following skills and requirements:

  • Is a Christ follower and has a growing relationship with Christ
  • An eye for detail and a passion for design
  • A working understanding of modern communication mediums
  • The ability to manage your time well and work creatively under (sometimes tough) deadlines
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud apps (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)
  • Comfortable with Macs and MacOS
  • Experience with animation and video editing theory and programs is a huge plus
  • Proficiency with photography and photo editing is a plus

LH Kids Creative Specialist

Do you love editing video clips and working in a live production environment? Do you have a knack for coordinating stage events and executing creative projects? You could be our next LH Kids Creative Specialist! This is a full-time, exempt position (40 hours/week), with benefits, including paid vacation and health insurance.

The LH Kids Creative Specialist is a key member of our Creative Arts team that works directly with LH Kids to help develop and execute creative projects in a variety of mediums. This position is responsible for various production aspects pertaining to LH Kids worship services. Key responsibilities will include producing, planning film projects, editing videos and helping with gathering and organizing content for our LH Kids on-campus and online services.

The successful applicant must have the following skills and requirements:

  • Ability to organize and communicate details to multiple teams
  • Proficient in Premiere and Adobe Photoshop
  • General understanding of ProPresenter and After Effects
  • General understanding of live video production

Motion Graphics Contractor

We are seeking applicants for a Motion Graphics Contractor to come alongside our Film Team. This is a fixed-term contract position with potential of renewal once the term has ended. Key responsibilities will include producing, animating, and editing videos for our Sunday services and ministry departments. The type of videos you’ll create will range from promos, series bumpers, graphic explainers, song visuals, title packages, creative service elements, and more.

The successful applicant must have the following skills and requirements:

  • Is a Christ follower and has a growing relationship with Christ.
  • Experience in animating advance motion graphics design projects.
  • Working knowledge of current design trends, the latest plug-ins, and speedy techniques.
  • Ability to work within given deadlines.
  • Available to make quick turnarounds.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
  • Experience in basic editing workflow and working with cinema-level video files.
  • Experience with 3D animation software (C4D, 3DS Max) and design is a PLUS.
  • Must have own equipment.

Long Hollow Weekday Preschool Teacher

Long Hollow Weekday Preschool, our part-time Mother’s Day Out Program, is hiring experienced preschool teachers for both the Gallatin and Hendersonville locations. This is a part time position from August – May.

Teachers must agree to abstain from drugs and alcohol during their time of employment. Each class teacher is responsible for their classroom’s arrangement and appearance, building relationships with the children and their parents, and following all our classroom guidelines.

This position does not provide any benefits, including insurance or holidays.

Qualifications:

  • Must be professionally prepared as a caregiver and teacher of young children.
  • Be a Christ follower and have a personal commitment to Jesus Christ as his/her Lord and Savior.
  • Be available to work Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:30 am – 2:30 pm at the Hendersonville location or Mondays and Wednesdays from 8:30 am – 2:30 pm at the Gallatin location.
  • Be a responsible, sensitive, and mature individual who is able to relate well to both children and adults.
  • The person selected for this position will be responsible for the general supervision and care of young children.
  • You will be required to pass a background screening process.
