We are grateful for the first responders in our community who sacrifice time with their families to serve our community all the time, but especially on holidays. To show our appreciation for their service, we will provide hot meals on Thanksgiving Day to our local first responders. You can be a force for good by delivering meals, thanking, and encouraging our first responders on Thanksgiving Day. This is a great service opportunity for everyone, including families with kids of all ages, Life Groups, and D-groups.
When you sign up, you get to choose the location where you’ll deliver meals. On delivery day, everyone will meet in the Student Building to gather in teams, load up meals, then depart in your own vehicles to deliver to your locations. You’ll drop your meals off, thank and encourage our first responders, then head home.
Can't serve on this day but still want to care for a first responder? Please consider purchasing a Bible to be gifted to a night shift officer on Christmas Day. By clicking here, you will be redirected to an Amazon wishlist. When you purchase from this link, your gift will be shipped directly to our church to be distributed by volunteers along with meals.
Don’t miss this opportunity to be a force for good for the people who often sacrifice to care for our community.
We will be delivering meals on Christmas Day as well! Find out more and register here.
