First Time Here?

firsttimenewWe’re so glad you’ve decided to check out Long Hollow! You’ll find a list of commonly asked questions below.

We hope you’ll join us soon.

How do I get there?

Long Hollow is one church that meets in two locations just north of Nashville. You can find detailed schedule information and directions here.

Where should I park?

If you’re attending our Hendersonville location, you can enter onto the campus from either New Shackle Island Road or Long Hollow Pike. Turn on your hazard lights, and our parking team will escort you to the closest available parking spot. We also offer parking trams if you need to park far away or have a special need.

Our Gallatin Campus has parking teams on-site that will guide you to the closest spot and even bring you and umbrella for the way in if it’s raining!

Where do I go?

When you arrive, please make sure to stop by one of our “New Here” areas near our main entrances because we have a gift waiting for you as a way of saying thank you for coming. Stopping by one of these areas will also allow us the opportunity to show you around the campus, answer any questions you have, and serve you and your family in a way that meets your needs. We’re here to serve you, and we will be so glad to have you as our guest at Long Hollow!

What should I wear?

Long Hollow has a “come as you are” atmosphere. You will see some dressed up, some dressed casually. We have no expectations for attire.

Where do my kids go?

New_Here_WebAll campuses offer special activities for babies, preschoolers, children, middle school, and high school. Times and locations vary by campus, so check their pages of this site for more information on regular programming. Be sure to pick up a “New Here?” booklet when you arrive at your campus as well; it’ll provide you with a detailed map and tell you where to drop them off. Of course, you’re welcome to bring your kids to worship with you (but they’ll probably enjoy our age-level ministries much more!).

All children ages fifth grade and younger check-in with a secure sticker system; the check-in process is quick and easy, and you’re given a secure code where only you can pick them up. In addition, all teachers and caregivers undergo a thorough background check before they’re allowed to serve with children. Your kids are safe at Long Hollow!

What is a Sunday service like?

Our Sunday services offer powerful live worship and Biblical teaching that is relevant to everyday life. Take a look through our message archives to get a feel for what a service is like. Each service lasts about an hour.
