Join us for our Men’s Discipleship Leader Retreat, November 2-3, at Camp Cumberland in Clarksville. Our purpose for the weekend is four-fold:

Build Community

Our focus is on making disciples. You will see that you are a part of a large group of men who are involved in discipleship. You are not in this alone, and this is a brotherhood of men who are pursuing the heart of God.

Learn From Each Other

You’ll have the opportunity to share what worked well in your group and hear from other groups as well. Every group is different, and there is always something new to learn. We should always be looking to sharpen our skills. This will be a great takeaway whether you are leading your first group or your twentieth group.

Great for Launching New Groups

We have 400+ men involved in discipleship this year who should all be planning to launch a new group in 2019. We will be casting vision and sharing the need, but we would love for current leaders to lead by bringing their groups to this weekend.

We will share lots of stories of success from 2018–a great catalyst going into next year. Every year I start off strong but there is usually a lull somewhere along the way. It is remembering all the good God has done that motivates me to both finish strong and to prepare to launch well for the next year.

The cost for the weekend is $50. We will start on Friday night with dinner and finish before lunch on Saturday. Register using the link to the right.

What You’ll Need to Bring

  • All bedding (sleeping bag, pillow, sheets)
  • Toiletries
  • Towel
  • Swim trunks
  • Change of clothes (we will do some recreation and you might want to change – maybe a trash bag for wet clothes)
  • Your Bible, and a ready heart.
  • We usually have plenty of room to spread out, but you might want ear plugs to drown out the snoring.
  • Please email if you have questions.

We can’t wait to see you there!
