Adult Breakout Sessions

Celebrate Recovery Breakout

If you or someone you know is struggling with hurts, hang-ups, or habits, come join us for a time of encouragement. We will give suggestions, to questions that have been submitted, regarding challenges that occur during the holiday season.

Divorce Care Breakout

A panel of Long Hollow members who have been through the painful journey of divorce will share about the challenges they faced and successes they experienced during the holiday season with time for Q & A included.

Grief Share Breakout

When you are grieving a loved one’s death, the holiday season can be especially painful. This breakout session will help you discover:

• How to deal with emotions
• What to do about traditions
• Helpful tips for surviving social events
• How to find hope for the future

Hope Through Illness Breakout

For adults dealing with cancer or any life-threatening illness or those caring for someone through this journey, join us for a relaxed time of hope and laughter to strengthen and encourage you through the upcoming holiday season and beyond.

Hope for Mental Health Breakout

A panel of Long Hollow Members who have been through mental health trials themselves and /or family members impacted by the mental health struggles of their loved ones. This breakout is designed to be a source of information, support and open dialogue on navigating the holidays.

Single Moms Breakout

This is a breakout focused on helping single moms navigate the holidays and the many challenges that come with them. This breakout will have a speaker, testimony and discussion with Q & A.
