Adoption and Foster Care is a specific and beautiful calling placed on many families in our church and around the community.  We want to equip adoptive and foster families with a Biblical knowledge of how to disciple, mentor, and love on their children the best way we know how.  On every third Wednesday of the month, Chris Troutt, licensed professional counselor at the Papillion Center, will be training adoptive and foster parents.

This monthly training is designed to meet the complex needs of vulnerable children. It uses Empowering Principles to address physical needs, Connecting Principles for attachment needs, and Correcting Principles to disarm fear-based behaviors.  We believe this is a great opportunity to equip your family and very important information when it comes to raising any family, specifically those in adoptive and foster care.

Each training will begin at 6 PM on the third Wednesday of every month between January and April. Different topics will be covered each month and dinner will be provided.
