Take the Growing Up Challenge and join hundreds of others who desire a C.L.O.S.E.R. walk with Christ.

Have you started making your list of New Year’s resolutions yet? Many of us set fitness and financial goals, but this year we’re challenging you to commit to improving your spiritual life. Join hundreds of believers in 2017 for the Growing Up Challenge, a 13-week journey to grow C.L.O.S.E.R. to Christ through discipleship.

By studying God’s Word and reading through the Growing Up book in groups of 3-5, you’ll experience a closer walk with Christ, a better understanding of the Bible, and more meaningful relationships as you walk through this step-by-step process for spiritual growth.

Begin thinking about the people that can take this journey with you, and sign up to be a part of the Growing Up challenge today!

Here is what you get when you sign up:
  • Growing Up Leader’s Guide
  • Growing Up Training Videos
  • All of the Appendices from Growing Up in a downloadable form
  • Updates about upcoming events, trainings, and free resources to assist you on your journey to make disciples

Let’s make 2017 a year of discipleship at Long Hollow!

FAQs

Is doing the Growing Up Challenge the same as doing a D-Group?
The Challenge is structured like a D-Group. Our hope is that those who participate in the Challenge will then continue meeting for the rest of the year as a Discipleship Group (D-Group). These groups meet weekly as they read through God’s Word, memorize scripture, discuss H.E.A.R. journals, and hold each other accountable. For more information, click here.

Do I need to register my group?
Yes, if you are a leader. Register here.

Can we meet on campus?
If you want to meet Wednesday nights on campus, please contact sara.hepburn@longhollow.com.

Can I do the Growing Up Challenge on my own?
We ask that you read through the Growing Up book with three to five other believers. If you haven’t connected with others yet, then the first step is to join a Life Group. Browse hundreds of options here.

How can I be further equipped as a D-Group leader or a leader in my Growing Up Challenge group?
Come to the Growing Up Leader Training Dinner! First-time group leaders are invited Sunday, January 15, at 6 p.m. in the Hendersonville Worship Center. Join us for encouragement, information, and equipping from Pastor Robby, Spiritual Formations Pastor Gus Hernandez, Men’s Pastor Todd Cox, and Women’s Minister Julie Woodruff.

You must register ahead of time. Click here to do so.
