Part-Time Housekeeping Team Member

We are seeking a person to join our Housekeeping Team. Duties will include general and detailed cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, bathrooms, windows, and other tasks assigned. This is a part-time position that includes some occasional weekends; approximately 12 - 15 hours per week, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday with flexibility.

Campus Operations Ministry Assistant

The primary goal of the Campus Operations Ministry Assistant is to assist the Campus Operation Manager and the Campus Operation Team in the administration of their ministry. Under the direction of the Campus Operations Manager, this position has many ministry responsibilities, but one that is primary is to understand the “why” behind our church ministry purposes, and to incorporate that understanding into daily tasks. This is a part-time non-exempt position (16-20 hours/week).

The successful applicant must have the following skills and requirements:

  • Acts as the point of contact among Long Hollow staff, church members, and other external partners.
  • Manages mail and package receivables in a timely manner.
  • Manages invoicing and purchase orders for the Campus Operations Team.
  • Work experience as an Office Administrative Assistant is a must.
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Discretion and confidentiality.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required.

Campus Operations Support Team Member

We are seeking applicants for a Campus Operation Support Team member. The major purpose of the Campus Operations Support team is to perform general repair and maintenance of the church facilities and grounds. This is a full-time (40 hours per week), non-exempt position, with benefits.

The successful applicant must have the following skills and requirements:

Live Video Specialist

We are currently seeking applicants for a Live Video Specialist position. This person works with the production team to create a distraction-free atmosphere in all worship services and events and works closely with the Experience Producer to ensure that all video aspects are thought through and services run smoothly. Daily tasks include video directing for various services and events, maintaining and managing our video systems and gear, assisting in set build and designs as well as volunteer training. The successful candidate is a skilled technical artist who is a Christ-follower and has a personal commitment to Jesus Christ. This person must have 3 years of live video directing experience, 5+ years preferred. Experience with Grass Valley switchers, Evertz routers, RTS com, Ross XPression and similar gear is a plus but not required. This is a full-time exempt (40+ hours) position, not entitled to FLSA rules and regulations, not eligible for overtime.

Filmmaker Specialist

We are seeking applicants for a Filmmaker Specialist position. This is a full-time, exempt position with benefits, and is part of the Film Team and Creative Team at Long Hollow Church. The Filmmaker will work collaboratively and independently to create meaningful creative content for all ministry areas of the church that communicates the heart of God for His church and the world, and represent the unique mission and vision of Long Hollow. The successful candidate is a skilled technical artist who is a Christ-follower and has a personal commitment to Jesus Christ and loves telling stories through video.

  • Report project statuses to the team.
  • Connecting with Film Team volunteers, finding new people who are interested in serving with the Film Team.

Long Hollow Weekday Preschool Teacher

Long Hollow Weekday Preschool, our part-time Mother’s Day Out Program, is hiring experienced preschool teachers. This is a part-time position from August - May.

Teachers must agree to abstain from drugs and alcohol during their time of employment. Each class teacher is responsible for their classroom’s arrangement and appearance, building relationships with the children and their parents, and following all our classroom guidelines.

This position does not provide any benefits, including insurance or holidays.

Qualifications:

  • Must be professionally prepared as a caregiver and teacher of young children.
  • Be a Christ follower and have a personal commitment to Jesus Christ as his/her Lord and Savior.
  • Be available to work Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
  • Be a responsible, sensitive, and mature individual who is able to relate well to both children and adults.
  • The person selected for this position will be responsible for the general supervision and care of young children.
  • You will be required to pass a background screening process.

LH Kids Childcare Worker

We are seeking applicants who are professionally prepared to be a caregiver and teacher of young children. This is a part-time exempt position helping with the various ministry teams and departments of Long Hollow to provide childcare needs for Church events.

Qualifications:

  • This person must be a Christ follower and have a personal commitment to Jesus Christ as his/her Lord and Savior.
  • This person must be 16 years of age or older.
  • This person should be available to work Wednesday mornings and/or Monday nights as needed. More opportunities are available for special events throughout the year during the week as well as on weekends.
  • This person must be a responsible, sensitive, and mature individual who is able to relate well to both children and adults.
  • This person must abide by all the safety policies of LH Kids and the employee guidelines of Long Hollow Baptist Church.
